Corporate MBA in Financial Markets & Portfolio ManageAment

           SMCAPL and IMSR is the first in India to launch Corporate MBA program on Financial Markets & Portfolio Management. Duration :24 months, four semesters of six months each for Corporate MBA and one year for PG Diploma in Wealth Management.


Eligibility :Graduate in any faculty. Diploma holders with minimum three years of working experience also eligible for the Corporate MBA and PG Diploma course. Final year students who have applied the final exam can also apply. For Corporate MBA course, Student needs to pass the IMSR online CAT exam before applying for the admission.

Study Material: IMSR will send first semester all six subjects study material within 10 days from the date of admission, but student can access the content online by logging the IMSR website.


Examination: (CORPORATE MBA in Financial Markets & Portfolio Management)

           There will be six papers of 100 marks each in each semester. Each paper will be of three hours duration. Minimum 40 marks would be passing criteria. Students have an option to select any one of the exam model from following two options.

Centre Exam: Students have to appear exam at local centre. The Centre detail will be provided to student one month in advance.

Online Exam: Students have to login on IMSR website and appear exam seating at home/office


Award of Corporate MBA: (CORPORATE MBA in Financial Markets & Portfolio Management)

           IMSR will award Corporate Master of Business Administration (MBA) on successfully passing the course within 20 days from the date IMSR receives the final semester answer sheets. Corporate MBA Certificate with Mark sheets will be will be collected by student personally from SMCAPL / IMSR office or would be sent by reputed courier at student communication address.


Admission Procedure: (CORPORATE MBA in Financial Markets & Portfolio Management)

  • Please collect Prospectus and Admission form from our SMCAPL Belapur office or at IMSR Vashi office by paying Rs. 500.
  • Each Candidate will be interviewed at SMCAPL office.
  • Register for online IMSR CAT entrance examination by visiting Indian Management School & Research Centre website www.imsrindia.com
  • After account activation please appear IMSR CAT exam within 48 hours.
  • On successfully passing IMSR CAT please fill the admission form and submit at SMCAPL office along with five colored photographs, two sets of self attested education certificates and Affidavit duly signed by the student.
  • On receipt of fees from student or from Bank, IMSR will send MBA study material for first semester with IMSR I card. Study material for PG Diploma in Wealth Management will be sent to each individual student by MIT School of Pune directly.
  • On confirmation of admission by SMCAPL, student will be on education stipend through its LLP. Also on successful completion of course the candidate will be an Entrepreneur with SMCAPL LLP for better growth.

        MIT will conduct PG Diploma course exam at APTECH centers.


Exam Fee per Attempt:

        The first attempt examination fees is already included in your total fees but for subsequent attempts the exam fees will be Rs. 200 per Subject payable by the student at the time of examination to MIT, Pune.

  • 1. Admission forms are available at Indian Management School & Research Centre head office or SMCAPL office.
  • 2. Students either submit following documents personally to IMSR /SMCAPL office or send it to IMSR office by reputed courier.
    • Filled admission form
    • Two Photographs  
    • Attested photocopy of degree certificate or
    • For diploma holders attested copy of diploma certificate with letter of work experience.
    • IMSR will forward all document to MIT respective department to complete the admission procedure.
    • Student will receive admission letter, I card and Study material within 10 working days at their mailing address.
    • The login ID and password also issued at the same time by the MIT.

Course Fee:

Total Course fees for both Corporate MBA and PG Diploma in Wealth Management for Indian Residence is of Rs. 4,00,000 only
